To the Kind Soul updating the Gallery on IMDB…

Thanks for doing this! It’s great somebody is finally taking care of IMDB, and we’d hate to see anybody getting into hot water over it. So you might want to check this and the last point of this before uploading further pictures.

The reason why we get away with posting the stuff we do is because so far, nobody cared, and if anybody did, we’d remove whatever it was, and no money is made. IMDB however is considered a commercial website; for a fansite, it’s much easier to fly under the radar.

If you like, you can drop us a line and we’ll be more than happy to send you some official pictures which would very likely be ok to use (if in doubt, please check with the owners, though I can’t imagine ITV throwing a hissy fit over the usage of four year old promo pictures…)
