Recently, in the New York Times…

wanted

OK – “recently” being 1776 and “New York” being Williamsburg. Nevermind.

While Mr Toole is tackling the task of feeding a baby on his journey home to New York (how long does that take, anyway – two weeks? Maybe he should purchase a goat somewhere), the internet is abuzz with discussions of Hell on Wheel’s last week’s episode “Cholera” and the fate of Eva, Rose and Elam.

And Mr Toole, of course. Who, judging by the audience’s reactions, would be very welcome to return to Hell on Wheels. I’d just like to put this out there, in case of a fourth series.

  1. Now that Elam has rejected Eva and kicked her out of their tent/house I truly hope Eva goes to New York to be with Declan and Rose. I think over time she could fall in love with him and I think Declan is more than willing to give love a try with Eva and be a family with Rose. His face lit up like the 4th of July when she told him she’d go with him and then she shattered his world when she didn’t. Show Declan some love HOW!!! Let him and Eva be a family!! LOL!

    • Now that would be a perfect happy end – we can’t have that on TV! ๐Ÿ˜‰

It would really be the best for Eva – she could be with her child, and I don’t see much of a future for her in HOW. I wasn’t too sure of Declan’s motives at first, but now I think he only meant well and hoped to have a family again. He should get along well with Cullen, they share the same loss in a way… well, here’s to a fourth series, which will hopefully see the return of the Tooles. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. I couldn’t agree more ambarussa. Declan is a good man, the perfect man who’d give Eva what she needs. What she needs is to get out of HOW and have a fresh start and Declan could give her that. I also can see Declan and Cullen getting along quite well. They have a lot in common. And yes HAPPY SEASON FOUR RENEWAL!!! Can’t wait for HOW to start back up in the summer! Fingers crossed for the return of Declan and Rose. ๐Ÿ˜‰
