Aww! Thanks a lot to Corrielle for the photo.

Awww!!! This is SO cute. I just had to comment. Now I’m dying to go to Disneyland. Yes, thank you Damian for such a wonderful Gillette! 😀

    • Yes, it’s very cute. I hope the makers of the placard will have another chance to get their autograph one day. 🙂

      • GilletteFan Says:

Ooo, I hope so too! It’s so great to know that other people out there appreciate Damian’s performance. 🙂

    • What Kayleigh said. I don’t think the man gets a clothesbasket filled with fan letters every day, so he can probably deal with a polite letter telling him “hey, I like your work, it was great seeing you back on the screen, hope we’ll see more of you soon etc.”

Letters artists probably don’t like are the ones where the writer completely forget that they don’t know the person they’ve sent a letter to and got personal. Keep in mind that you’re writing to a stranger, and you’ll be fine. And nobody can see you blushing in a letter! 🙂

But I only ever wrote one fan letter in my life, so I’m not an expert (and Mr Spock never replied, boo! Well, maybe I shouldn’t have sent my letter to the Enterprise, but hey, I was 7…)

      • Kayleigh O'Hare Says:

Yeah, he won’t see your nervousness ❤ I'm planning to send mines away in a week in the hope that I get it in September which is 3 months away 😀 if it is the 17th, my birthday, all the better ;P xxx

  2. wonderful!!!

    • He might not have a bazillion of fans, but certainly a lot of very friendly and sweet ones. 🙂

      • Kayleigh O'Hare Says:

I soooooo wish I could meet him! I sent a letter away with a picture for him to sign ❤ xxxxxxxxx

        • Good on you! I’ll keep my fingers crossed you’ll get your autograph soon.

          • Kayleigh O'Hare Says:

Thanks, they said I would get a reply within 4 months approximately so I live in hope 😀 😀 😀 xxx

            • GilletteFan Says:

Let us know when you get a reply! 🙂 I’d love to send fanmail, but I’m just too shy. =/

              • Eh, don’t be shy. What could possibly happen? In the worst case, you wouldn’t get a reply. Some people have asked for an autograph and got it without problems, so I don’t think you have to fear that your letter will be destroyed by secret agents in hazmat suits. 😉

                • Kayleigh O'Hare Says:

Yeah! Go for it! Like ambarussa says, what’s the worst that could happen? xx

                  • GilletteFan Says:

I suppose nothing bad could happen…I’m just super shy! I tend to get tongue-tied around people. I don’t want to say anything stupid. *looks around nervously* You never know about those secret agents. 😛

                    • Kayleigh O'Hare Says:

Tongue-tied, you’re not “talking” 😛 you’re writing a letter! why don’t you start by saying what you like about him, e.g, his cameo in Ultimate Force, tell him how much he rocked it and that you’d like an autograph 😀 that’s what I did ❤ xxxxx
