Two tips for watching “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”
- If you watch the movie in 3D, absolutely try to get seats in the middle of the cinema. The glasses make a dark movie even darker; there were scenes where I had to take them off to see anything at all.
- Don’t throw pointed objects at the screen. You could hurt a member of the audience.

As a friend said: “They’ve taken us for a Disney ride”. The petition is a nice idea, but I’m afraid it won’t change anything.

As tempting as it might be to send
a dead skunkan angry letter to Disney, it’s probably not such a good idea. You could always send fan mail to Damian and let him know that you liked his work and that you’re sorry he’s gone.There will be other movies with Damian, let’s focus on them and leave OST behind.
It’s nice to see people care, though. š

Most of the times Gillette is standing behind Barbossa and looks miffed. Not that I blame him; I’d be miffed as well if I had to work for Barbossa. He’s only got two or three lines, but in one scene, he’s snarky with Barbossa! š

They’ll be missed, but I’m sure their fans will keep them alive. Just look at Gillette – CotBP came out in 2003, and the character got more and more popular with the fans without even being in the sequels. š

OK I’ve seen it last night. I want my money back RIGHT NOW and I’m so angry you don’t how angry. I’ve been waiting for OST for months and we talked about nothing else and now THAT! What a mess and its not only Gillette and Groves though that’s the cherry on the s***cake. OST is a Lame McLamerson with an extra serving of lameness. OK missionary boy was hot. But what was his job?! Who would of thought that hes even more of a plank that Bloom hard as it is to believe. I’m angry Damian’s prettyness was wasted like that. We need more gorgeous gingers stat! I’ll never watch another POTC movie in my life unless Gillette and Groves return from the death and are made major charactes and take their shirts of. *pissed*

I’m very sorry the movie was ruined for you and many other fans. On the other hand, it’s nice to see how many people cared about the character. To be honest, I’m floored by the reactions here, I didn’t expect that.
